The present invention provides interspinous vertebral and lumbosacral stabilizationdevices, and methods of using these devices for treating spinal instabilityconditions. The invention includes interspinous vertebral stabilizationdevices adapted for placement between the spinous processes of two or more adjacentvertebrae.
