The present invention relates a solid agricultural chemical composition. The agricultural chemical composition is solid and is emulsified when diluted in water. The agricultural chemical composition includes 0.1-50.0 wt% of an emulsifier, 0.1-50.0 wt% of a capping agent, 0.001-50.0 wt% of a material for agricultural chemicals, and 0.1-99.9 wt% of water soluble extender and may include 0-90.0 wt% of a solvent when necessary.
