Disclosed are a hyaluronic acid derivative effective against atopic dermatitis, and a method for manufacturing same. The method for manufacturing the hyaluronic acid derivative of the present invention comprises: a first step of chlorinating ascorbic acid； a second step of producing a tetrabutylamonium hydroxide (TBA) salt of hyaluronic acid； and a third step of conjugating the ascorbic acid chlorinated in the first step and the TBA salt of hyaluronic acid produced in the second step.
