Provided is an Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated gene transformation method for Jatropha curcas, comprising the step of using cotyledons from Jatropha curcas seeds after cutting off 1/3-1/4 of the base of the cotyledons as explants for infecting with Agrobacterium tumefaciens, co-cultivating the cotyledon explants with Agrobacterium tumefaciens, then transfering onto the medium free of selective agent to induce callus for 4 weeks, subculturing onto the selection medium with the selective agent of kanamycin to select resistant shoots, subculturing the resistant shoots to obtain the resistant plants, and verifying the transgenic plants by molecular detection assay.Le procédé de transformation dun gène médiée par Agrobaterium tumefaciens pour Jatropha curcas ci-décrit comprend les étapes suivantes : utilisation de cotylédons issus de graines de Jatropha curcas après élimination de 1/3 à 1/4 de la base desdits cotylédons, à titre dexplants destinés à être infectés avec Agrobaterium tumefaciens, co-culture des explants de cotylédons avec Agrobaterium tumefaciens, puis transfert sur un milieu dépourvu dagent sélectif pour induire un cal pendant 4 semaines, repiquage sur un milieu de sélection contenant de la kanamycine à titre dagent de sélection pour sélectionner des pousses résistantes, repiquage des pousses résistantes pour obtenir des plants résistants, et vérification des plants transgéniques par dosage par détection moléculaire.
