The present invention provides a folding device of wheelchair lifting in car including a loading part, a shelf, a folding unit and a transmission unit furthermore, the loading part has a pin on each side, which can slide into a slot on each side of shelf. When in the folding condition, controls by the transmission unit, the pin slides into the slot so that the loading part constrainedly moves relative to the shelf vice versa, when in the unfolding condition, controls by the transmission unit, the pin slides out from slot.
