The present invention relates to an X-ray imaging method using variable image plane projection and an X-ray imaging apparatus applying the same, to provide more accurate X-ray image information by ameliorating problems caused by a magnification effect in a field of X-ray imaging based on a fan beam or cone beam type X-ray generator by applying variable imaging plane projection using data which are scanned at least two times with respect to different heights by varying the height of the X-ray generator from an image object.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 가변영상단면 투영법을 이용한 엑스선 영상화 방법 및 이를 적용한 엑스선 영상화 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 영상 대상체로부터 상기 엑스선 발생기 높이를 가변시켜 서로 다른 높이에 대한 적어도 2회 이상의 스캔 데이터들을 이용해 가변영상단면 투영법(variable imaging plane projection)을 적용하여 펜 빔 (Fan beam) 또는 콘 빔(cone beam) 형태의 엑스선 발생기를 기반으로 하는 엑스선 영상 분야에서 발생하는 확대 효과(magnification effect)에 기인한 문제점들을 개선하여 보다 정확한 엑스선 영상 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
