PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate disturbance that originates in respiration and to determine properties of sympathetic nerves.SOLUTION: An autonomic nerve activity measuring apparatus includes: a pulse wave takeout means for taking out pulse wave signals from a living body an electric stimulation means for giving electric stimulation to the living body and inducing nerve impulses a comparison means for comparing the pulse wave signals before and after the electric stimulation obtained by the pulse wave takeout means an analysis means for analyzing a result obtained by the comparison means and a respiration detection means 19 for detecting respiration signals of the living body.
