PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable action supporting device which minimizes its slippage on an application part of a body when it is applied.SOLUTION: The wearable action supporting device SU comprises a first supporting member 10 to be applied on an upper arm part A1 sandwiching an elbow joint A3 and a second supporting member 12 to be applied on a front arm part A2 and to be connected to the first supporting member 10 which allows a user to change its posture in response to bending motions of the elbow joint A3. The second supporting member 12 includes a front arm application part 45 to be applied on the front arm part A2, which has a holding part 51 to be held by a joint bone structure region A7, which is the thinnest region of the front arm part A2. The front arm application part 45 is also formed to be twisted as it approaches from the elbow joint A3 to a wrist joint A4 and applied to wrap the front arm part A2.
