The present invention relates to a method for mass producing a natural killer cell and the use of the natural killer cell obtained by the method as an anti-cancer agent. By using the method of the present invention, a fresh NK cell having a high purity may be obtained within a faster time compared to conventional methods, and further, a refrigerated NK cell and a frozen NK cell having the same effect as the fresh NK cell may be produced. Moreover, an NK cell having the same effect as the fresh NK cell may be produced from a frozen CD3 negative cell. The fresh NK cell, the refrigerated NK cell and the frozen NK cell produced by means of the method of the present invention exhibit treatment effects for various cancers including colorectal cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer and leukemia, and thus may be usefully applied as cell therapeutic agents. Further, in the present invention, a usage and a dose are established which exhibit an excellent effect when using the fresh NK cell, the refrigerated NK cell and the frozen NK cell of the present invention as cell therapeutic agent pharmaceutical compositions.La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire en masse une cellule tueuse naturelle et l'utilisation de ladite cellule tueuse naturelle obtenue par ledit procédé en tant qu'agent anti-cancéreux.
