To provide a waterproof protector for trauma capable of completely cutting off water and protecting an injured area and having a long service life as a product by improving a structure of an opening part in which a hand and a foot is inserted.SOLUTION: A waterproof protector 1 for trauma according to the present invention includes a flexible bag body 10 having an opening(s) at one end or both ends and formed of a waterproof material； and an elastic annular fastening body 20 tightly and adhesively attached to one end or both ends of the bag body 10. The annular fastening body 20 includes a cylindrical part 21 formed to cover a part of four limbs of a human in a water-tight state, and a flange part 22 formed at an opening edge of the cylindrical part 21 so as to project radially outward. The cylindrical part 21 may be formed into a narrower diameter than that of the other end of the bag body 10.
