By using the orally rapidly disintegrating tablets for the granulate and at least one water-soluble polymer and tannic acid, it can produce tablets in a simple process using a simple manufacturing apparatus, and oral which has a rapid disintegration property in the inner, it can produce tablets having a suitable formability to withstand practical use. Preferred water-soluble polymer is at least one povidone, hydroxypropylcellulose, pullulan, selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol graft polymer, and copolyvidone.少なくとも1種の水溶性高分子とタンニン酸とを含む口腔内速崩壊性錠剤用造粒物を用いることにより、簡単な製造装置を用いて簡単な工程で錠剤を製造でき、且つ口腔内で速やかな崩壊性を有するとともに、実用に耐えうる適度な成型性を有する錠剤を製造できる。好ましい水溶性高分子は、ポビドン、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、プルラン、ポリビニルアルコール・ポリエチレングリコール・グラフトコポリマー及びコポリビドンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種である。
