The present invention relates to a hydrogel for regenerating heart and tissue in myocardial infarction and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, to a hydrogel for promoting heart tissue regeneration that secretoneurin having cysteine in a C&prime； end is immobilized on an acrylated hyaluronic acid and a producing method thereof. According to the present invention, it is used as a composition for regenerating tissue capable of using myocardial infarction reconstruction by stimulating cellular activity due to slowly releasing a secretoneurin peptide by decomposing the hydrogel that the secretoneurin peptide having an angiogenic property is immobilized in a body.본 발명은 심근경색에서 심장 및 조직의 재생촉진을 위한 하이드로젤 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 C′ 말단에 시스테인을 가지는 세크레토뉴린이 아크릴화된 히알루론산에 고정화된 심장 조직 재생 촉진용 하이드로젤 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 혈관생성능을 갖는 세크레토뉴린 펩타이드가 고정화된 하이드로젤이 체내에서 분해됨에 따라 세크레토뉴린 펩타이드가 서방출됨으로써, 세포의 활성을 자극하여 심근경색 재건에 사용가능한 조직재생용 조성물로 유용하다.
