The present invention relates to a Xylaria grammica EL 000614 strain exhibiting nematicidal activity against Meloidogyne spp., and a use thereof. The Xylaria grammica EL 000614 strain for controlling nematodes, according to the present invention, is a strain separated from lichens (Usnea sp.) naturally growing on rocks and trees in Jirisan Mountain in the Republic of Korea. The strain, according to the present invention, is collected in nature, thereby enabling the reduction of concerns regarding environmental pollution, and exhibits high nematicidal activity and egg hatching inhibition activity against Meloidogyne incognita, and thus may be very usefully employed as an innovative biological control agent capable of preventing problems due to environmental pollution.La présente invention concerne une souche DE Xylaria grammica EL 000614 présentant une activité nématicide contre Meloidogyne spp., et une utilisation correspondante, la souche de Xylaria grammica EL 000614 pour lutter contre les nématodes, selon la présente invention, étant une souche séparée à partir des lichens (Usnea sp.) croissant naturellement sur des roches et des arbres dans la montagne Jirisan en République de Corée. La souche selon la présente invention, est collectée dans la nature, permettant ainsi la réduction des préoccupations concernant la pollution environnementale, et présente une activité nématicide élevée et une activité d'inhibition élevée d'éclosion des œufs contre Meloidogyne incognita et peut ainsi être utilisée très utilement en tant qu'agent de lutte biologique innovant pouvant empêcher des problèmes dus à la pollution environnementale.본 발명은 뿌리혹선충에 대해 살선충활성을 가지는 자일라리아 그람미카 EL 000614 균주 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 선충 방제용 자일라리아 그람미카(Xylaria grammica) EL 000614 균주는 대한민국 지리산 암석과 나무에서 자생하는 지의류(송라과 Usnea sp.)에서 분리한 균주이다. 자연에서 채취하여 환경오염에 대한 우려가 낮으며, 뿌리혹선충(M. incognita)에 대해 높은 살선충활성 및 알 부화 억제활성을 나타내어, 본 발명의 균주는 환경오염으로 인한 문제점을 방지할 수 있는 획기적인 생물적 방제제로 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
