PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator for the purpose of increasing and preserving nutrients of fruits and vegetables.SOLUTION: A refrigerator has a plurality of light sources 13 for irradiating the interior of a storage chamber with light, the light source 13 combines and irradiates the light of a wavelength to penetrate surfaces of fruits and vegetables and the light of a wavelength to permeate the inside of fruits and vegetables, in which the light of the wavelength to penetrate the surfaces of fruits and vegetables is blue light, and the light of the wavelength to permeate the inside of fruits and vegetables is green light. By blinking and irradiating the light source 13 at a frequency of 20-50 Hz, the light is permeated internally to enable vitamin C synthesis in all fruits and vegetables to improve the preservation of fruits and vegetables by light irradiation to the fruits and vegetables, and to improve usability by showing a user visually that the improvement of the preservation of fruits and vegetables is performed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】青果物の栄養素増加保存を目的とした、冷蔵庫を提供するものである。【解決手段】貯蔵室内の空間へ光の照射を行なう複数の光源13とを有し、光源13は、青果物の表面に光を浸透させる波長の光と、青果物の内部へ光を浸透させる波長の光とを組み合わせて照射するものにおいて、青果物の表面に光を浸透させる波長の光を青色光とし、青果物の内部へ光を浸透させる波長の光を緑色光とするもので、光源13を20Hz~50Hzの周波数で点滅照射することにより、内部まで光を浸透させ、野菜全体でのビタミンC生合成をおこなうことが可能となり、青果物への光の照射による青果物の保存性の向上を行うと共に、青果物の保存性の向上を行っていることをユーザへ視覚的に示すことで使い勝手の向上も図ることができる。【選択図】図1
