The present invention relates to a magnetic band which can prevent an easy separation of a patch in an active part like a joint and attach the magnetic band simply and firmly in a curved part of the human body by improving a shape of the patch of the magnetic band. The present invention, with regard to a magnet (2) installed in the center of a patch (1) applied with an adhesive, is composed by forming an outer circumference of the patch (1) in a polygonal shape by having the outer circumference of the patch (1) acquire radii (R1)(R2) each different from the magnet (2), thereby making the adhesive force of the magnetic band sturdier by inhibiting a progression to the left and right direction of a distant part reached from a periphery of the magnet to the outer circumference of the patch, and preventing an easy separation and breakaway of the patch.
