A patient interface for delivering a flow of air at a positive pressure to a patient during sleep, including a cushion assembly, a two-point connection headgear, a swivel elbow (125) fluidly connected to the cushion assembly, and an air conduit (133) comprising a stretchable tube structured to twist when stretched. A first cuff (135) connected to the swivel elbow is attached to a first end of the stretchable tube. A second cuff (135) is attached to a second end of the stretchable tube. The first cuff is able to rotate with respect to the swivel elbow. A swivel (136) is connected to the second cuff. As a result, elongation of the tube does not transmit tube torque forces to components connected downstream from the tube such as the elbow, seal-forming structure or a plenum chamber.
