PURPOSE: A bearing component of an artificial knee joint is provided to maintain a state in which the bottom of thighbone combination members, which have different curvatures according to location, are stably in contact. CONSTITUTION: A bearing component(100) of an artificial knee joint comprises a groove part(130) which touches with the bottom of combination members. The groove part comprises a multi-curvature part(131). The multi-curvature part comprises: a first curvature part(131a) having a planar shape bent around a center point on a longitudinal center part by a first curvature(R1)； a second curvature part(131b) having a planar shape bent around a center point on a longitudinal back part by a second curvature(R2)； a third curvature part(131c) having a planar shape bent around a center point on a longitudinal front part by a third curvature(R3).인공 슬관절의 베어링부재가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 인공 슬관절의 베어링부재는, 대퇴골 결합부재의 저면부와 접촉되는 홈부가 형성된 인공 슬관절의 베어링부재에 있어서, 베어링부재의 홈부가, 전후방향의 중간부상에 중심점을 두고 제1곡률반경(R1)으로 굴곡된 평면형상을 가지는 제1곡률부와, 전후방향의 후방부상에 중심점을 두고 제2곡률반경(R2)으로 굴곡된 평면형상을 가지는 제2곡률부와, 전후방향의 전방부상에 중심점을 두고 제3곡률반경(R3)으로 굴곡된 평면형상을 가지는 제3곡률부가 중첩되어 형성되는 다중곡률부；를 포함한다.
