PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment support system, a treatment support device, a treatment support method, and a computer program capable of accurately superimposing a hard tissue real image of a person to be treated and a treatment support image.SOLUTION: A treatment support device 1 acquires a treatment support image generated by adding a support image for supporting a treatment to a three-dimensional CT image of a hard tissue of a person to be treated, a hard tissue real image of the hard tissue, and a three-dimensional model image of the hard tissue that can be superimposed on the hard tissue in each of the hard tissue real image and the three-dimensional CT image. The treatment support device 1 superimposes the hard tissue in the treatment support image and the hard tissue real image through the hard tissue in the three-dimensional model image so as to generate a superimposition image by the treatment support image and the hard tissue image.
