A thermal insulating curtain (30) is attached to the arch shaped frame to be opened and closed along the arch shaped frame. A guide roller (50) is installed on the horizontal frame to draw out one end of the sub-towing line toward the longitudinal direction of a plastic greenhouse. A main towing line opens and closes the thermal insulating curtain by being wound around a winding unit through the forward and backward rotation. A binding wire (80) has one end bound to the arch shaped frame and the other end bound to a moving holder.
