PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component measuring device accurately taking in measurement data at a desired measurement position in a measurement target.SOLUTION: The component measuring device irradiates an inner tissue of the measurement target with the laser beam through a confocal optical system, and measures the components of the measurement target based on data output from a light receiving element detecting the reflected light reflected by the inner tissue of the measurement target through the confocal optical system.
