The medical instrument comprises a body with an outlet opening, through which medical products are implanted into a patients body. Inside the body there is a belt for conveying the medical products running between at least two rollers, wherein one of said rollers is a guiding roller and the other is a driving roller. The body also has an inlet opening for introducing thereto medical products. The route of the belt goes through the inlet opening and subsequently the outlet opening, wherein between the inlet opening and the outlet opening inside the body there is a pressure roller assembly for pressing down the medical products conveyed on the belt to the surface thereof and at least one nozzle for applying auxiliary substances into the transported medical product, and said nozzle is connected to a respective storage unit. In the area of the outlet opening on the outer surface of the body there is a sliding spring element with a pressure spline provided for implanting the medical products.
