PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package of rod-shaped cooked rice allowing exhibition by standing up, and imparting a large appearance.SOLUTION: The package of rod-shaped cooked rice is obtained by packaging a rod-shaped cooked rice mass 5 with a packaging sheet 1 formed by sandwiching sheet laver 41 between an inner film 3 and an outer film 2. A dividable part 21 of the outer film 2 and an overlapped part 32 of mutual film pieces 31 and 31 of the inner film 3 extend along the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped cooked rice mass 5. A part of the packaging sheet 1 protruding from one end of the cooked rice mass 5 is folded into a planar shape so as to be brought into close contact with and pass along the end face of the cooked rice mass, and secured with a securing means 6. In the part of packaging sheet 1 protruding from the other end of the cooked rice mass 5, opposite positions separated from the dividable part 21 of the outer film 2 relatively to the axial center of the cooked rice mass 5 by nearly 90° right and left, respectively are mutually folded to the inside, and the folded edge intersecting the longitudinal direction of the cooked rice mass 5 at nearly right angles are closed with a closing means 17, and three-dimensionally projected from the end of the rod-shaped cooked rice mass 5.
