The present invention relates to a crystalline lens anterior capsulotomy device using a high frequency, comprising: a first body unit including a first housing formed in a semicircular shape of &primeC&prime which is concave inwardly, and having a first groove opened in a longitudinal direction on a lower surface thereof, a first extending bar extending from one end point of the first housing in a vertical direction while being tilted at a predetermined tilt angle, a second extending bar extending from an end point of the first extending bar in a horizontal direction, a first handle unit extending from an end point of the second extending bar in a vertical direction while being tilted at a predetermined tilt angle, and a first electrode inserted into the first housing, the first extending bar, the second extending bar, and the first handle unit in a longitudinal direction, and generating heat by using a high frequency and a second body unit including a second housing facing the first housing, formed in a semicircular shape of &primeC&prime which is concave inwardly, and having a second groove opened in a longitudinal direction on a lower surface thereof, a third extending bar extending from one end of the second housing while being tilted at a predetermined tilt angle, a fourth extending bar extending from an end point of the third extending bar in a horizontal direction, a second handle unit extending from an end point of the fourth extending bar in a vertical direction while being tilted at a predetermined tilt angle, and a second electrode inserted into the second housing, the third extending bar, the fourth extending bar, and the second handle unit in a longitudinal direction, and generating heat by using a high frequency. According to the present invention, during crystalline lens anterior capsulotomy while operating surgery for cataract, excellent stability and reproducibility are achieved, and relatively low cost is consumed.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 고주파를 이용한
