PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting structure for stably planting trees and other relatively large size plants on a rooftop or a roof.
SOLUTION: This planting structure is composed of a foundation, a waterproof layer formed on the surface of the foundation, a root tolerance layer tightly stretched on the waterproof layer, a pulling device stuck onto the root tolerance layer, a water supply and drainage base set on the pulling device, and plants such as trees set on the water supply and drainage base, planted on soil, and fixed with the pulling device. The pulling device has a main body part stuck onto the root tolerance layer, a latching member set on the main body part, and a fixing means connecting the plants to the latching member. The water supply and drainage base holds/drains rainwater penetrating from the upper side or watering with other means, and has a drain plate where a water retaining part and a drainage part are multiply unitedly formed in order to supply held water to the roots of the plants and grasp piled soil.
