PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection unit for a circuit internal pressure sensor which can ensure necessary and sufficient pressure resistance performance without being sandwiched between diaphragms strongly and can improve the lifetime of the diaphragm.
SOLUTION: This detection unit for the circuit internal pressure sensor is equipped with a base body 120 which is mediated and arranged in a liquid circuit and has an opening 122 a cylindrical cap reception part 124 which surrounds the opening 122 a cylindrical fixing part 111 which abuts the inner wall of the cap reception part 124 a thin annular thin-walled part 114 which is provided integrally on the inner side of an intermediate part in the direction of pressure that the fixing part 111 detects a diaphragm 110 which has a disk-shaped displacement part 115 which is connected integrally to the thin-walled part 114 an entrance part for introducing liquid into the base body 120 and an outlet part for deriving the liquid from the base body.
