A kind of diaper alarming device judges whether through the temperature or humidity in detecting unit detecting diaper, then by processing unit more than preset temperature and humidity value, if being more than that i.e. triggering alarm unit issues the sound or light, with active warning caregiver help more changing babies' napkin. So can both exempt caregiver must confirm the puzzlement whether diaper needs replacing frequently, can also protect and be not susceptible to diaper rash using the baby of diaper.一種尿布警示裝置，透過偵測單元偵測尿布內的溫度或濕度，再藉由處理單元判斷是否超過預設的溫濕度值，若超過即觸發警示單元發出聲響或亮光，以主動提醒照護者幫忙更換尿布。如此既可免除照護者須不時確認尿布是否需要更換的困擾，也可保護使用尿布的嬰兒不易發生尿布疹。
