Provided is a cleaning method of a milk system having a distribution device, wherein the milk system is associated with a beverage maker including a control unit and a cleaning module (10). The cleaning method comprises the following steps of: replacing milk vessels of the milk system by the cleaning module (10) including at least two regions (12, 14), wherein a cleaning fluid is charged in a first region (12) and a second region (14), and a cleaning agent is filled in a chamber (24)； connecting docking units (18, 18′) of the milk system with the first region (12) and the second region (14) to suck the cleaning fluid, and transferring the cleaning fluid through at least partial recirculation of the cleaning fluid of the cleaning module (10) and the milk system； rinsing the milk system with the cleaning fluid, wherein the cleaning fluid is transferred and discharged out of the first region (12) and/or the second region (14) of a cleaning module (10) through the milk system； rinsing a circuit of the milk system, wherein the cleaning fluid is extracted from the second region (14) and heated by a heating device to be returned to the chamber (24), and accordingly reaches the second region (14) through a fluid-delivery connection (26)； completing the circuit rinsing, wherein the cleaning fluid is discharged to the outside, and a valve device (42) of the second region (14) is closed when a charging level of the cleaning fluid in the second region (14) drops below a predetermined level； and finally rinsing the milk system by using the cleaning fluid from the first region (12).
