To provide a finger sanitation behavior detector which allows a medical care worker to perform easily a finger sanitation behavior always and everywhere, and manages an actual of the finger sanitation behavior of the medical care worker.SOLUTION: A finger sanitation behavior detector comprises: a body 10 worn by a medical care worker； a winding type cord 20 connected to the body 10； and an electric circuit module for detecting a fact that, a cord 22 of the winding type cord 20 is withdrawn and radio transmitting a finger sanitation execution signal. The body 10 is worn to an any portion of the medical care worker, and by only pulling a disinfectant container 200 attached to a tip of the cord 22, the medical care worker can use the disinfectant container 200 on a front surface of his/her body, and when the medical care worker pulls the disinfectant container 200 for disinfection of his/her fingers, the finger sanitation execution signal is radio transmitted, and based on the finger sanitation execution signal, an actual of the finger sanitation behavior by each medical care worker can be recorded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】医療従事者がいつでもどこでも簡単に手指衛生行動をすることができ、医療従事者による手指衛生行動の実績も管理することができるようにする。【解決手段】医療従事者に装着する本体１０と、本体１０に接続された巻き取り式コード２０と、巻き取り式コード２０のコード２２が引き出されたことを検出して手指衛生実行信号を無線送信する電気回路モジュールと備え、本体１０を医療従事者の任意の場所に装着し、コード２２の先端に取り付けられた消毒剤容器２００を単に引っ張るだけで、消毒剤容器２００を身体の正面で使用することができるようにするとともに、医療従事者が手指の消毒を行うために消毒剤容器２００を引っ張ると、手指衛生実行信号が無線送信されるようにして、この手指衛生実行信号をもとに、個々の医療従事者による手指衛生行動の実績を記録することができるようにする。【選択図】図１
