The present invention relates to a method for improving the acclimatization of plants obtained by in vitro cultivation techniques when passing to ex vitro cultivation conditions, which involves applying to the culture an environmental concentration of CO2 of between 500-2000 μmol mol- 1 for at least 7 days and the use of CO2 in high concentrations to improve the acclimatization of plants.Procedimiento para la mejora de la aclimatación de plantas. La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la mejora de la aclimatación de las plantas obtenidas mediante técnicas de cultivo in vitro al pasar a condiciones de cultivo ex vitro que comprende aplicar al cultivo una concentración ambiental de CO2 de entre 500-2000 &mu；mol mol-1 durante al menos 7 días y al uso del CO2 en altas concentraciones para la mejora de la aclimatación de las plantas.
