FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to vegetable and plant growing. Set contains ligamentous assemblies and wall elements. Ligamentous assemblies have rack units, mounting elements, fastening elements. Each rack unit has at least two racks. Each rack has upper and lower ends, upper end of the rack is smooth or with a support element, or with blind hole. Lower end of the rack is threaded or pointed, or with axial hole, or pointed screw. Racks can be permanent or with connectors along the axis, or with circular notches for breaking. Each mounting element has a frame and at least one pin, at least one element for driving. Frame has connecting elements for lower ends of racks and base. Base has inner side from which racks are installed and outer side which is located on the ground or on the other surface. At least one connecting element can be made in form of a threaded hole in the frame for version when the lower end of the rack is threaded for formation of a threaded connection with the base frame, and/or at least one connecting element can be made up as extending rod for version when the lower end of the rack is made with axial hole for extending rod, and/or at least one connecting element can be made as guide hole for the lower end of rack for version when the lower end of the rack is pointed. Connecting elements are connected to the frame base so that their axes can be located in parallel. Whereupon opposite to each other or in triangle or rectangle or polygon vertexes the fastening element is made in form of a housing with outer and inner sides with limiting elements for top ends of the racks in the form of through holes for version when the upper ends of the racks are smooth or with a support element, or in the form of blind holes on inner side of the housing for version when the upper ends of the racks are smooth or with a support element, or in the form of legs for version when the upper ends of the racks are made with
