Specifically, the present invention relates to a medical guide port which induces a surgical instrument into a human body during a surgical procedure. The medical guide port comprises a port body (11) which entirely has a cylindrical shape and has an induction body (11a) on an upper side thereof and a fixed ring (14) coupled to a lower side thereof； at least one instrument port (15a to 15d) coupled to an upper side of the induction body (11a)； a gas adjusting unit (21, 22) coupled to a lateral side of the induction body (11a). The induction body (11a) is a transparent material.
