PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device which can maintain filter performance for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A filter device 50 includes a filter 51, a turbine 52 which rotates by a flow of a fluid, and a power transmission part 54. The filter 51 is arranged so as to revolve by a power generated by rotation of the turbine 52 transmitted through the power transmission part 54. Therefore, an effective area of the filter can be increased, and the filter is prevented from being clogged and the filter device can be used over a long time without replacing the filter.
