PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image quality by reducing shifts of threshold values of respective pixels of a radiation imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging system comprises: a pixel array 201 including multiple pixels 200 in a radiation imaging part； a scan circuit 206 for scanning multiple rows of the pixel array； and a read circuit 230 for reading a signal out of the pixel array. Each of the pixels includes: a conversion element 202 for generating an electric signal corresponding to a radiation ray； and a transistor 203 that is connected to the conversion element, and the read circuit reads signals out of the conversion elements of the respective pixels via the transistors. The radiation imaging system has multiple imaging modes for picking up a radiation image, and a regulation mode for regulating a threshold voltage of the transistor of each of the pixels. In the regulation mode, the scan circuit 206 supplies an OFF voltage that is different from an OFF voltage in the imaging mode, to a gate 203a of the transistor.
