The present invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for cardio-cerebral blood vessel diseases, it is prepared though extracting danshen and notoginseng by lye , precipitating with alcohol, concentrating, and adding other medicine and excipients. Then using the HPLC-MS and HPLC fingerprint Atlas to charactered its Physicochemical properties completely. Using the fingerprint Atlas analyse method of the present invention, the structure and comparative content of biology active component can be known. Charactered the Physical chemistry properts of danshen and notoginseng of traditional Chinese medicine preparation with this way is better than other methods of the prior art.Linvention concerne une préparation médicale chinoise traditionnelle destinée à des maladies de vaisseaux sanguins cardiaques/cérébraux. Cette préparation est préparée par lextraction de danshen et de notoginseng au moyen de soude, par la précipitation de ces ingrédients avec de lalcool, par la concentration et par lajout dautres médicaments et dexcipients puis par lutilisation dun atlas dempreintes HPLC-MS et HPLC pour caractériser ses propriétés physico-chimiques de manière complète. Lutilisation de la méthode danalyse datlas dempreinte est décrite dans la description, ainsi que la structure et le contenu comparatif du composant actif biologique de linvention. Ainsi, la méthode de préparation de linvention est supérieure aux méthodes classiques faisant appel aux propriété chimiques du danshen et du notoginseng de la préparation médicale chinoise traditionnelle.
