PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive tsunami survival capsule that can be purchased by many households and placed in a corner of a garden, which by evacuation into the capsule that is lightweight and high strength, enables evacuation from flood disaster such as tsunami.SOLUTION: A capsule main body 11, which is approximately box-shaped and has a lower portion shaped like a ligature, is integrally molded with a resin. A framework for covering the upper portion of the capsule main body with a waterproof seat cover 54 is formed. In the waterproof seat cover is provided an entrance door 56, and in the capsule main body is provided interspace in which at least four adults can sit with their knees held to their chests, and is installed a seat belt. In the lower portion of the capsule main body are installed an anchor for lowering center of gravity and a pedestal 17 with casters.
