PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing confectionery allowing production of the confectionery in a one mouthful size in which the periphery of an inside raw material is wrapped in an outside raw material.SOLUTION: A space 43 which becomes a gathering spot of the inside raw material 27 is installed in the course of a passage for passing the inside raw material 27 between a first hopper 21 that is a supply source of the inside raw material 27 and the inside opening 15a of a mixing nozzle 2 for discharging the inside raw material 27. A first pressurizing apparatus 23 is installed for pressurizing the inside raw material 27 in the space 43 to extrude the same from the an inside opening 15a. As a result, the discharge rate of the inside raw material 27 from the inside opening 15a is stabilized. The outside raw material 28 is discharged from an outside opening 16a of the mixing nozzle 2.
