The GM, the SBP, and the WEPD are electrically coupled to allow power 10 transfer between the GM, the SBP, and the WEPD. The GM and the WEPD are communicatively coupled to allow for data transfer between the GM and the WEPD. The GM and SBP are detachable from and reattachable to the WEPD to form the portable combination. Lastly the combination has means for managing battery operations of the combination.
