A topical composition containing a compound of Formula I, II or III in an amount of from about 0.05% to about 20% by weight, a viscosity modifier in an amount of from about 0.1% to about 5% by weight, a preservative in an amount from about 0.05% to about 5% by weight and water in an amount sufficient to achieve a total weight of 100%； where these compounds of Formulas I, II or III are structurally selected from the group consisting of the following: aryl, aralkyl, heteroaryl, heteroaryl alkyl, heterocycloalkyl, heterocyclic cloalkyl alkyl, cycloalkyl and cycloalkyl alkyl； the group of aryl, aralkyl, heteroaryl, heterocycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl-alkyl or cycloalkyl may optionally be substituted by one or more substituent groups independently selected from the following: halogen, hydroxy-, alkyl, alkoxy-； halogenated alkyl, halogenated alkoxyamino, alkylamino or di (alkylamino) group, R is selected from the group consisting of: aryl, aralkyl, heteroaryl, heterocycloaryl, heterocycloalkyl and cycloalkyl alkyl； wherein the aryl, aralkyl, heteroaryl, heterocycloalkyl or cycloalkyl group may be optionally substituted with one or more substituent groups independently selected from the following: halogen, hydroxy, alkyl, alkoxy group； halogenated alkyl, halogenated alkoxy, amino, alkylamino or di (alkyl) amino group, R is selected from the group consisting of the following: hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, and alkyl； wherein a double bond of an alkenyl group or a triple bond of an alkynyl group means the removal of at least one carbon atom at the attachment site1.
