One or more coolant ingredients may also be included in a taste modifier product. The ingredients of a taste modifier product may be incorporated into a lozenge, a beverage, a chewing gum, an oral spray, an oral powder, a hard or a soft candy, a dessert or a foodstuff. When consumed by a person, the products may both depress a persons appetite and relieve hunger symptoms. Consequently, a person consuming the products may select smaller portion sizes when eating food and limit high calorie foods.
