PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder holder capable of being folded when it is attached to a wheelchair and to provide a foldable wheelchair with the cylinder holder.SOLUTION: There is provided the cylinder holder 100 attached to a wheelchair. The cylinder holder 100 includes a long fixing member 101 fixed to a rear frame 11 of the foldable wheelchair 10, and a support frame 102 having an opening for holding a cylinder B in the inside and being turnably attached to a connecting portion 101a of the fixing member 101.
