PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for increasing the functionality and safety of a tabletop appliance for making dairy products that is suitable for making small amounts of dairy products in a small-scale restaurant or at home.SOLUTION: A bowl 2 can be made into a double structure by including a storage unit 21 and a jacket 22 surrounding the storage unit 21. The storage unit 21 includes a handle piece 61 serving also as a positioning mechanism. The jacket 22 includes a handle piece 62 serving also as a positioning mechanism. The handle pieces 61, 62 are formed with a protruding part or a recessed part.
