The invention relates to a reusable mutifunction medical device to be used for the effective treatment of anorectal pathology, both in medical clinics and directly by the patient. According to the invention, the device consists of a rotating base (1) made of a resistant elastic polymer having a smooth outer surface, embossed or provided with protruding elements (a), which ensure a secure grip by a user with his fingers and allow the gradual rotation of the base (1) which is centrally crossed, along the vertical axis, by a working channel (b) which is surrounded at its upper part by an elevated base, for clamping a reservoir (5) with a crown (9) by joining, by means of a variable number of fasteners, for fastening a threaded shaft (2), provided at the bottom with an element (3) of oval or polygonal shape, so dimensioned as to allow the vertical displacement of an elevator (4) inside the reservoir (5) upon rotation of the rotating base (1), for the release of a pharmaceutical product stored in the reservoir (5) made of a chemically inert material, the crown (9) being centrally crossed, along the vertical axis, by a hole which continues in the upper part with a projection, fixed by joining or screwing over a fixed base (8) and a round collar (7) and ensuring, together with a cap (10), the retention of the pharmaceutical product inside the reservoir (5), the dosed delivery thereof being performed by means of an anorectal component formed of a trunk (13), a base and a piston (12), and centrally crossed, vertically, by a working channel through which the piston (12) slides.Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv medical multifuncţional, reutilizabil, folosit pentru tratamentul eficace al patologiei anorectale, atât în cadrul clinicilor medicale, cât şi direct de către pacient.
