When proceeding to aneurysm, lid is configured to be expanded to an expanded configuration, its middle cover includes the diameter greater than an aneurysmal neck and is configured, so that a first part of lid contacts a diameter of an aneurysmal inner surface, and second part covers aneurysmal neck. Interior anchorage element is from cap and is configured to contact aneurysmal inner surface.
