For such, the present invention is characterized by having a grip that is interconnected to the inside and the outside of the oxygen capsule to be operated by a person outside or inside of the oxygen capsule； and an open/close disk that controls an inner flow channel of a valve main body, which can be forcibly opened and closed by using air in an air tank.본 발명은 긴급사태 발생 산소캡슐의 내부 압력을 서서히 강하시켜 산소캡슐 내부의 압력을 대기압 상태로 만들어 주는 산소캡슐용 안전밸브장치에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 외부의 사람이나 산소캡슐의 내부에 있는 사람이 조작가능하도록 산소캡슐의 내부와 외부로 상호 연동되는 손잡이를 구비하고, 또한 밸브몸체의 내부유로를 단속하는 개폐디스크를 산소탱크의 공기를 이용하여 자동으로 강제 개폐할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
