The present invention relates to a corrective insole capable of being vacuum-shaped, which comprises a breathable inner layer filled with a plurality of elastic particles； and an airtight outer layer made of a flexible material and coated on the inner layer, wherein an air passage is disposed on the airtight outer layer. The planar configurations of the inner layer and the outer layer are matched with the planar configuration of the sole. When the sole treads on the outer layer in a right gesture, the particles may be displaced within the inner layer according to the three-dimensional configuration of the sole, and air in the outer layer and the inner layer may be exhausted outside the outer layer via the air passage due to a weight applied by the sole.
