A method for the filling of containers with autologous fresh blood components, comprising the following phases of : a) providing an equipment (1) defining a transit channel (3) having at least a first gap (3a) associated with an empty syringe (4) or the like, at least a second gap (3b) associated with a bag (5) or the like containing an autologous fresh blood component and at least a third gap (3c) connected to a plurality of containers (6) to be filled b) insulating the second gap (3b) from the third gap (3c) and placing in communication the first gap (3 a) with the third gap (3c) c) suctioning the air contained in the containers (6) to be filled by means of said syringe (4) so as to define a vacuum inside them d) insulating the first gap (3a) from the third gap (3c) and placing in communication the latter with the second gap (3b), the containers suctioning the contents of the bag (5) due to the effect of the vacuum defined inside them!Linvention concerne un procédé de remplissage de récipients avec des composants de sang frais autologues, comprenant les phases suivantes : a) la fourniture dun équipement (1) définissant un canal de transit (3) ayant au moins un premier espace (3a) associé à une seringue vide (4) ou analogue, au moins un deuxième espace (3b) associé à une poche (5) ou analogue contenant un composant de sang frais autologue, et au moins un troisième espace (3c) relié à une pluralité de récipients (6) à remplir b) lisolement du deuxième espace (3b) du troisième espace (3c) et le positionnement du premier espace (3a) en communication avec le troisième espace (3c) c) laspiration de lair contenu dans les récipients (6) à remplir au moyen de ladite seringue (4) de façon à définir un vide à lintérieur de ceux-ci d) lisolement du premier espace (3a) du troisième espace (3c) et le positionnement de ce dernier en communication avec le deuxième espace (3b), les récipients aspirant le contenu de la poche (5) sous leffet du vide défini à lintérieur de ceux-ci.
