PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye drop in which precipitation and clouding are not generated even if puranoprofen is blended under weak acid, and which is stable with the lapse of time.SOLUTION: The eye drop is blended with: (a) puranoprofen and (b) a cationic medicine (not including trometamol) and has a pH of 5 to 6.5 (not including sorbic acid or the salt thereof). The cationic medicine is one or two kinds selected from chlorpheniramine maleate and tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride.
