The invention relates to polypeptides reacting to antibodies associated with rheumatism, to a diagnostic means containing said polypeptides, to a diagnostic kit containing said diagnostic means and to a method for detecting rheumatic diseases. A medication containing one of said polypeptides and the use thereof for producing the medication for preventing and/or treating rheumatic diseases are also disclosed.
