PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operating steps and operating time required for an image analysis using a three-dimensional image display.SOLUTION: A search, acquisition, and an analysis of examination data accumulated in a PACS by using a finding as a trigger are made to be possible in detecting the finding in examination data acquired by an image diagnostic apparatus by linking a three-dimensional image display which has a preprocessor for performing an image analysis from an analysis protocol in advance and performs three-dimensional image processing from accumulated parameters and the PACS having accumulated examination data. The examination data analyzed heretofore are analyzed once again by using an event of improvement and addition of an analysis engine as a trigger. A search, acquisition, and an analysis of the relevant examination data for the image diagnostic apparatus which is accumulated in the PACS are achieved by using the event of the addition of the analysis engine for enabling the analysis of the kind of the examination data of the image diagnostic apparatus which is not analyzed before, as the trigger. The reduction in the operation steps and operation time in the display and the analysis of the three-dimensional image is achieved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】三次元画像表示装置を使用した画像解析に必要な操作ステップと操作時間を低減する。【解決手段】解析プロトコルに基づいた前処理装置が事前に解析し,蓄積したパラメータに基づいて三次元画像処理を実行する三次元画像表示装置と検査データを蓄積しているPACSを連携させ,画像診断装置で実施した検査データに所見を検知した場合,それをトリガーとして,PACSに蓄積されている検査データを探索,取得,解析することを可能にした。解析エンジンの改良・追加のイベントをトリガーとして,これまでに解析した検査データを再度解析する。従来は解析できなかった種類の画像診断装置の検査データの解析を可能にする解析エンジンの追加のイベントをトリガーとして,PACSに蓄積されている該当する画像診断装置の検査データを探索,取得,解析することを可能にした。三次元画像の表示と解析に必要な操作ステップと操作時間の低減を可能にした。【選択図】 図1
