More specifically, the present invention concerns an oral pharmaceutical composition comprising: adhesive-free granules comprising therapeutically effective amount of entecavir and at least one intra-granular pharmaceutically acceptable excipient； at least one extra-granular pharmaceutical excipient, and, optionally, a moisture barrier coating.
